The Town of Brome Lake and its firefighters have signed a new five-year collective agreement that covers the years 2023 to 2027.

The collective agreement is the first of its kind to be signed between the municipality and the union that now represents the Brome Lake Fire Department, which serves Brome Lake, West Bolton, and other surrounding communities.

To get more details about the agreement and how it will support the municipality’s firefighters, CIDI spoke with Thomas Bogan, firefighter and union representative, and Kevin Robinson, Fire and Public Safety Service director for the Town of Brome Lake.
